I had a small problem with the supplied air hose 2 weeks after I installed the reel (developed a rather large 'bulge').The warrantee states that the hoses are not actually warranteed, as they are a 'wear item', but I contacted Legacy support (via e-mail) just to see if they could do anything anyway.I sent them an e-mail Monday morning, and received a response in less than an hour saying they would ship me a replacement and to confirm my shipping address.Monday afternoon I received an e-mail indicating that the part was on it's way- with tracking numbers!!
It's very, very uncommon to receive this level of superior customer service - I would definitely recommend this company and their products!!
The reel seems to be constructed very sturdily, and I expect it to last many years.
